Thank you for choosing Dive with Nader. We are committed to providing safe, enjoyable, and memorable diving experiences while helping you build confidence and a deeper connection with the ocean.

1. Bookings & Reservations

All diving experiences, courses, and trips are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received. Please ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate.

2. Payment

Full payment or the required deposit must be made before the scheduled dive or course. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured according to the agreed terms.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled dive. We may also reschedule a dive due to weather, sea conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Health & Medical Requirements

Participants must be physically fit and able to safely participate in diving activities. You may be required to complete a medical declaration or provide medical clearance before diving. Please inform your instructor of any relevant medical conditions or changes in your health.

5. Safety

Safety is our highest priority. All participants must follow the instructions of their dive professional and comply with established diving procedures. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a dive if we believe conditions or a participant’s circumstances present a safety risk.

6. Equipment

Where equipment is provided, participants are responsible for using it properly and following instructions provided by the dive team. Any loss or damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in additional charges.

7. Diving Conditions

Diving is dependent on weather, visibility, currents, tides, sea conditions, and other environmental factors. Dive locations, timings, or activities may be changed when necessary to ensure participant safety.

8. Certification & Training

Participants undertaking certification courses must meet the relevant training and certification requirements. Successful completion of a course depends on meeting the required knowledge, skills, and safety standards.

9. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during dive trips. Dive with Nader is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

10. Photography & Media

From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during our diving activities. Where appropriate, we may request your permission to use images for promotional or educational purposes.

11. Changes to These Terms

Dive with Nader reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version published on our website will apply to future bookings.
